If you are dedicated enough, weight loss is simple thing to do. Here are some simple steps that you can follow to lose weight.

The first step for weight loss is count the number of calories that you eat in a day. You need to take some times to keep track on the calories that you eat by noting it down. Then, at the end of the day, you can add up the number of calories that you consume. The next thing that you need to do the next day is, eat at least 500 calories less that you usually do. You need to subtract 500 from the total calories that you usually consume. You can do this for a week. Another thing that you can do is eating one meal every 3 hours or eating smaller meals 5 times instead of 3 big meals a day. It will speed up your metabolism. The last step is doing cardio workout in routine way.

You can reach weight loss goal, if you have strong will and dedication.
