To "test" how my body responded to this product, I began by taking 1 pill per day after a meal with water. The first day my heart rate was slightly increased, I felt a little light headed, and I got the same "high" feeling that I normally get whenever I've drank a good amount of coffee. I took 1 pill a day for a week, and felt full after small meals and didn't desire much food. But, on the 6th day, I began to have trouble breathing. I felt like I wasn't getting enough air. I felt like I had to take really deep breaths to feel better. I discontinued use and still had this strong sensation for about a week after stopping. As I'm writing this, it's the 2nd week after stopping taking this and I still feel some restricted breathing.
I know everyone responds differently to different things, but I can't say from my experience that I would recommend this to anyone. -- Not what I expected
I started taking SlimQuick Extreme three days ago. I did the SlimQuick detox before I started this in order to get as many toxins out of my body as humanly possible. Yes, I exercise minimally; however, I have a very healthy diet (completely organic with minimal animal products) that is limited to around 1,000 calories per day. I drink around 4 liters of water a day. I have lost ~4 pounds in the last three days.
This product helps keep me going through the day without getting overly jittery or shaky. I will occasionally notice my hand shaking a little bit but that is not uncommon from pent up energy/nerves as I sit at a desk all day long. This product has also helped me to control my appetite. I no longer find myself heading to the kitchen for a bowl of SoyDelicious or Sorbet when I watch the news at night. For me, that in itself is a huge bonus as it creates less dishes and it saves me money :)
I cannot guarantee that these results will continue; however, I am adding some natural supplements (Cinnamon) to my vitamin routine to help boost my metabolism naturally and get rid of the excess I gained from a pharmaceutical side effect.
EDIT: I have continued religiously taking the SlimQuick. I consume no high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, or animal byproducts now. However, it has been two weeks on the slim quick. I am now down 17 pounds in the last three and a half weeks! WOOT WOOT! -- Feels Like my Fat is Melting AWAY!!!
I bought these knowing that I should take the reviews with a grain of salt. The original SlimQuick worked just fine for me, so I bought these thinking that they might work a little better - boy, was I ever wrong! They induced vaginal bleeding, and I immediately stopped taking them. For me, this product was a waste of money. -- Complications Aren't Worth It!
I bought the SlimQuick Extreme after going through a bottle of the regular SlimQuick. I don't see the difference. I feel as if I have just as much energy as I did on the regular SlimQuick and don't seem to be losing weight any faster. I haven't changed my diet or exercise between the two and nothing has seemingly changed. In conclusion, while it is very effective, it is just as effective as the cheaper version of the regular SlimQuick----> SlimQuick-NxCare Female Fat Burner, 120 Capsules (New Improved Formula) -- SlimQuick... Not so extreme
I am still doing well on this product after 3 months; -19 pounds. I have not had any medical complications and am taking the full dose. I do disclose all meds, supplements and conditions to my physician. I suggest you do the same before taking any supplement. Note: I have also dramatically altered my diet and exercise level; I do not believe that this is a "magic" pill that does all of the work for you, but I do think that it can support your progress. -- SQ works for me
