I went through the whole bottle and I didn't notice any difference. I've tried many carb blockers and this one was the worst. -- did not work for me
I have been using Block & Bind consistently for more than 5 years and I swear by this product!
After I began taking this supplement, I started eating foods I used to stay clear of because they were either too high in fat grams or high in carbs. This product seems to do for me what it advertises as I have been able to maintain my weight in all these years AND eat rich or starchy foods without much consequence.
In the beginning of taking this supplement, there was a minor side affect for me while my digestive system adjusted to passing waste with a different composition. I never had cramps or bloating but I did have a very lose stool for a couple weeks in the beginning. So did my mother when she tried it but she didn't stick with it long enough to have her body adjust, I did, and I couldn't be happier. Thank you NFI Products for making a great supplement so that I could eat a normal meal without putting on the weight. I truly love Block & Bind.

It causes stomach cramps, sometimes even heart palpitation. It increases bowel movement--though not to the extent of diarrhea. BSN Cheaters worked way better for me. -- does not seem to work
This product didn't work for me. I used another Carb Blocking product that was in form of a tablet and it worked great, but I couldn't find that product any more so I purchase these and didn't see any results. -- Didn't work for me.
It's a bit early to know for sure, but I do thin k this product has helped me maintain my weight while consuming "normal" American foods. I have not lost weight, but then there are no side effects, and I have not gained weight while consuming this product. I suppose if I exercised and ate healthier, the weight will soon come off, but I'm not trying to lose wight- my BMI is 19.7- I'm only trying to maintain it. Great product! -- All right.
